The undersigned have received instructions from the Owner to sell by Public Auction at the Sales Room at Room A1, 10/F, Summit Building, 30 Man Yue Street, Hunghom, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, an “extreme conditions” announcement or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Government at 8AM or later, the auction will be scheduled on the next working day. If the above situation is cancelled before 8 AM, the auction will proceed as usual.
